The process is conducted in a systematic manner to ensure the search is thorough and comprehensive in identifying, contacting and vetting all appropriate people suitable for each role.

1. Understand the Organization, Roles and Requirements

We partner to develop an in-depth understanding of your vision, strategy, and culture fit and to become an extension of your organization in the market.

2. Develop the Search Strategy and Long List

We create a compelling Position SpecificationTarget Companies and define the Criteria (must vs preferred).

We select and discuss with you benchmark profiles to calibrate the search early on in the process.

We develop a list with the most relevant individuals, leveraging both direct outreach and our extensive network.

3. Assess and Recommend People on Short List

We thoroughly screen selected professionals through meaningful conversations and present you the top profiles who fit the agreed criteria.

4. Facilitate Client Interviews, Selection and Feedback

We coordinate all meetings, follow up communication and feedback.

5. Support Offer Acceptance and Onboarding

We present the offer to the finalist, share feedback, fine tune as needed, and ensure alignment.
