Andrei is an entrepreneur and trusted advisor specializing in executive search and leadership advisory. With 20+ years of experience, he helps organizations align talent strategies with business objectives through succession planning, board development, recruitment and coaching.

He has worked with top global search firms, successfully placing C-suite and board-level leaders across Europe, Latin America and the Unites States. His journey also includes roles with Consilium Management Consulting in Timisoara and leadership positions with JCI, AIESEC, and BEST in Romania.

A global citizen, Andrei has lived and worked on three continents, cultivating a vast network of senior executives and emerging leaders. After a decade in New York, he returned to Bucharest in 2019. Passionate about the CEE region, he connects Eastern European professionals in the diaspora with opportunities back home.

Andrei is a founding member of the AIESEC Alumni Association Romania and the Romanian American Professionals Association (RomAmPro) in New York. He holds a business management degree and has completed several transformational leadership programs. Fluent in English and Romanian, he resides in Bucharest and has three children.
